SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
-We ship all orders with cold packs ($3.00 cost included in shipping) from early June to mid September. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the shipment upon delivery.
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
-Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 10am EST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.
-Signatures are not required to receive deliveries from UPS. Please make sure that someone will be available at the shipping address to receive the delivery.
-Expected delivery dates are scheduled by UPS. Any delays once shipped are unfortunately out of our control.
LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK-UP
-Orders can be delivered using a local courier service ($50 fee) for addresses located in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens only. Local deliveries are available Monday through Friday.
-Orders may be picked up at the Fatty Sundays production center. Pick up is available Monday through Friday.
-Please call us at 646-762-2555 to make arrangements for either option.
-Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
-If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will do our best to help!
-To cancel or change your order, please call us at 646-762-2555 or email email@example.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate, however please note it may not be possible due to our fast order turnaround time.
