Apples Dipped in Pretzels, White Chocolate and Sprinkles

These Apple Pieces Are a Slice of Heaven

Rosh Hashanah is coming up in a week, and we’ve created a snack that’s sure to please your family and guests! If you are not familiar with the holiday, Rosh Hashanah is the celebration of the Jewish New Year. One of the customs is eating symbolic foods like apples dipped in honey, to evoke a sweet New Year. This year, instead of honey, we’ve dipped our apples in sweet white chocolate, chocolate covered pretzel bits and sprinkles! It’s super easy and fun to make these delicious treats for Rosh Hashanah.

White Chocolate Apple Slices Recipe Ingredients
-Green and red apples, sliced
-Fatty Sundays chocolate covered pretzels, crushed up
-Rainbow sprinkles
-White chocolate baking bar

White Chocolate Apple Slices Recipe Directions
-Slice the apples
-Melt the white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering heat, stirring frequently
-Dip the apple slices halfway in the white chocolate
-For half of the apples, cover the melted chocolate with rainbow sprinkles
-For the other apples, cover the melted chocolate with crushed Fatty Sundays pretzels -Let cool in the refrigerator, for about an hour
-Enjoy!

We recommend using Fatty Sundays Rainbow Sprinkles pretzels and Toffee pretzels for this recipe. Even if you don’t celebrate Rosh Hashanah, these decorated apple slices make for a great treat to celebrate the start of fall!
