Our Coconut Topped Vanilla Cupcakes Will Make You Drool

Today we have a deliciously sweet coconut covered cupcake recipe for the coconut fans, featuring Fatty Sundays coconut pretzels. Our coconut pretzels are dipped in milk chocolate and smothered with shreds of toasted, flaky coconut. They make for a great topping to vanilla cupcakes! See for yourself by trying out our recipe.

Coconut Covered Cupcakes Recipe Ingredients:
-2 cups flour
-½ teaspoon salt
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-½ cup butter, softened
-¾-1 cup white sugar
-2 eggs
-1 cup milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-Vanilla frosting
-Fatty Sundays Coconut Pretzels

Coconut Covered Cupcakes Recipe Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375F, line muffin cups with papers
-Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
-Beat in egg one at a time
-Add flour, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla extract and mix all together
-Divide evenly among pans and bake for 18 minutes
-Once cooled, top cupcakes with vanilla frosting and crushed Fatty Sundays Coconut Pretzels
