Recipe adapted from Tasty

Peanut Butter Balls Recipe Ingredients

for 12 balls
-1 cup natural peanut butter, no-stir
-1 cup almond flour
-⅓ cup honey
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-¾ cup dark chocolate chips
-Fatty Sundays Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Sprinkles Pretzels, chopped finely

Peanut Butter Balls Recipe Directions

Make sure to use a no-stir, all-natural peanut butter. Using a natural peanut butter that separates may cause the ball mixture to be too loose.

-In a medium bowl, add together the peanut butter, almond flour, honey and vanilla extract.
-Mix with a spatula until the mixture thickens and sticks together.
-Roll the mixture into balls half an inch in diameter.
-Place the balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill them in the freezer for a few minutes.
-Chop up the Fatty Sundays Gluten Free Sprinkles Pretzels finely with a knife and place in a bowl.
-In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave no more than 15 seconds at a time. Or, you can use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.
-Take the balls out of the freezer. Using a fork, dip a peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate and toss to fully coat, tapping off the excess chocolate. Then dip the ball in the chopped pretzel pieces and toss to fully coat. Place back on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining balls.
-Refrigerate at least one hour before enjoying!

The pretzel pieces give these rich peanut butter balls a crunchy texture that you’ll love, similar to a Ferrero Rocher! Plus, it’s like double chocolate with the chocolate covered pretzels on top of the melted chocolate. Who’d ever complain about more chocolate?!

You can even store these in the freezer for up to a month, so why not double up on the recipe? These pretty treats will look great on your cookie platter any time of year, and they’ll probably be the first thing to go!
