Funfetti Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients

-3 overripe bananas
-1/3 cup unsalted butter
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1 cup sugar
-1 egg
-1 tsp. vanilla
-1 1/2 cup flour
-3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
-1 bag of Fatty Sundays Birthday Cake Pretzel Bites
-white chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Funfetti Banana Bread Recipe Directions

-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a loaf pan. Chop 1/2-1 cup of Fatty Sundays Birthday Cake Pretzel Bites and set aside.
-Mash your bananas with a fork and melt the butter in the microwave. Whisk the two together. Add in the egg, vanilla and sugar.
-Using a wooden spoon, stir in the flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles and 1/2 cup chopped pretzel bites.
-Spread the batter into your loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool and then melt the white chocolate with a small bit of vegetable oil. Drizzle over the bread. Let cool slightly before adding additional sprinkles and pretzel bites. Then it’s time to slice and enjoy!
