Nutella Cheesecake with Chocolate Covered Pretzels
In honor of #NationalCheesecakeDay, feast your eyes on this delicious Nutella Cheesecake, topped with Fatty Sundays Cookies + Cream white chocolate covered pretzels. This decadent dessert is both sweet and indulgent, and always a crowd pleaser. It's a great dessert recipe for any dinner party or holiday feast. Get baking!
Nutella Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups of Graham Cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
1 cup of Nutella
160z of cream cheese
8oz of sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/3 cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt
Crushed Fatty Sundays Cookies + Cream Pretzels
Nutella Cheesecake Recipe Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine the butter and graham cracker crumbs and press firmly into the base of a 9 inch spring form pan.
2. Beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy, gradually beating in the Nutella, sour cream, vanilla sugar, and salt. Beat in the eggs.
3. Pour over the base and bake for around 55 minutes, checking five minutes before. It will still be a little wobbly. Allow the cake to chill for an hour, then refrigerate for at last three more.
4. Serve each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and chopped Fatty Sundays Cookies & Cream Pretzels.
