Our PB&J pretzels don’t always get enough love when it comes to Fatty Sundays recipes, so we were really excited when baking blogger Darrian of @darrycakes made peanut butter blondies with raspberries and our PB&J pretzels. Her recipe is so unique, and she made them to celebrate National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day. So fitting! There are so many chocolate brownie recipes out there, so Darrian decided to do something different and made blondies. We haven’t seen a recipe quite like it. Darrian’s blondies are exploding with flavor: the salty sweetness from our pretzels, mixed with the creamy richness of peanut butter and the tang of the raspberries. Are you drooling yet?

Peanut Butter & Jelly Blondies Recipe Ingredients:
-1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
-1 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/8 cup milk
-1 egg
-1 tsp. vanilla
-1 cup flour
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-2 packages Fatty Sundays PB&J Pretzels
-6 oz. fresh raspberries
Peanut Butter & Jelly Blondies Recipe Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan.
-In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda and set aside.
-In the bowl of your stand mixer, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add in sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in milk, egg and vanilla, scraping the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well combined. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients.
-Break your Fatty Sundays PB&J Pretzels into small/medium pieces and fold into the peanut butter batter. Follow with the raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much in the mixing process.
-Spread the batter over the pan into an even layer and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
